What's your Return Policy?

Don't worry, any unused or unworn items can be returned and refunded, or exchanged within 30 days. Depending on the circumstances, we will accept or deny the items accordingly. Feel free to reach out to us any time with any questions or concerns.

 

Any sale or discounted items are not subject to the return/exchange policies; those sales will be final. 

Cleaning & Care Suggestion

Did someone get muddy over the weekend...

 

We recommend hand-washing the soft items with luke warm or cold water, using gentle soap. Gentle soaps make sure the products are not exposed to harsh chemicals as well as being mindful to the pups rocking the gears! It is best to let the items air dry or using short and low gentle cycle. 

 

Got stubborn stains? Use a soft toothbrush to gently clean the area as needed or leave to soak for 15 - 20 minutes.

Shipping & Delivery (Australia & New Zealand)

Our shipping is done with Australia Post, any tracking information will be sent in the order confirmation email and/or sent directly from Australia Post. We keep an eye out for all order updates and tracking alerts from our end, we want to ensure that your parcel gets to you safely and on time.

 

For each order, we use 100% Recycled Mailers along with Biodegradable Cardboard Boxes, tissue paper and stickers. We aim to limit waste and reduce environmental impact whenever we can. Less impact = more lovely nature for us to enjoy (and sniff!).

 

Australia & New Zealand Shipping

 

Estimate Dispatching Time-frame: 1 - 3 days

 

*Any shipping delays once the package has been sent to the post services may be out of our control, however, we will do our best on our end to ensure any alerts are noted and tracked when possible.

**In the event of damages or loss of packages under the care of the postal service, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility of the mailing service. 

 

We recommend that you use a postal locker or ensure someone is available to accept the parcel for safe collection at address.

Our goal is to be conscious on our environmental footprint, we aim to limit waste and reduce environmental impact whenever we can. More lovely nature for us to enjoy (and sniff!) if we all do our parts!

 

International Shipping

Tracking details and information will be sent once your order is fulfilled: you will receive a confirmation email from our end and/or directly from Australia Post.

 

Import Taxes & Custom Duties: please note that in some cases, international shipments and parcels can incur custom duties or import taxes depending on your country’s laws and regulations. The fees will be determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We unfortunately do not have control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.
